How come liberal political people do not complain to their boss he is about to flip flop on earmarks?

In the campaign he said more then once there was no earmarks no more allowed and now he has the potetnial to okay a bill with 8500 what!How come liberal political people do not complain to their boss he is about to flip flop on earmarks?
Because they (the democratic left) put the earmarks there,,,, but it is only 1% of 800 billion $,,,,,,,a lot of $ to sniff pigs.

What he actually said was that he would fight for earmark reform. It is not within the powers of the President to make such a declaration. His only alternative would be to veto the bill. Please note, a large percentage of those earmarks are from Republicans. And this bill is a leftover from last year. HIS budget has NO earmarks. Perhaps some REAL research into the facts would assist you in not looking ridiculous by posting falsehoods and half truths.
The omnibus spending bill is a budget left over from last year. It is to fund the federal government for the rest of 2009 which should have been done last year. It was created by the previous congress. It is not President Obama's bill., but you are right to suggest that he should veto it. It may not matter anyway because right now it doesn't look like it will pass the Senate.
I don't expect him to be with me 100% of the time. Since Bush was 0%, I'll take what I can get.
