It's simply an example of liberal eugenics: They believe that If you cross a rotweiller with a pit bull, you will get nice, friendly puppies.





The far left is arrogant. They reject the values and beliefs of centrists and insist that those who are moderate should take a sharp turn to the left. The libs are not appealing TO the positions of moderates and Independents. They are just appealing FOR their votes. Their message is something like, ';Give us your votes. You can keep your attitude.';





I have often wondered how extremists on either side of the political spectrum can even try to attract Independents. If an Independent holds a far left political ideology, he or she would belong to the party that is home to the left wing zealots. Why would he be an Independent?



I know--the fact that the Democrats would nominate such liberal candidates and be leading in the polls demonstrates clearly that the country has taken a sharp turn to the left, and will vote for more liberal candidates across the board this November.

As for why they appeal to moderates and independents, well... have you been around for the last 8 years?
It's all gone to Hell on both sides.





In order to ';make it'; on the ';party platform'; you have to suck up to every bogus group out there, then spend the rest of the time sneaking to center.

Well, it doesn't make for a moderate ticket. Obama is an extreme liberal, so it makes since that he would pick Biden. He should have picked someone who has a conservative moral voting record.
Those that control the media, control the truth, and if the media says they're moderates, then by God they're moderates. End of story.
The media will do anything to make them appear moderate...if Americans really know how liberal they are they would be done yesterday.
Read some of the bitter, defeatist ramblings from the far, far left and those two politico hacks come off like boy scouts.
