How is Senator Obama different from the typically Liberal Democrats that have been around for decades?

And can you list the ';New'; Policy's he has that are not of the Failed Policy's of President Jimmy Carter and the other old failed Liberal ones?

He is far miore liberal than his predecessors.

I'm know I'm going to get heat for this but.......here goes:





What makes him different (in my opinion) is he's waaaaaayyyy out there on the far left wing, where as most democrats (libs) typically are left-center to moderately left. Obama has communist ties and domestic terrorist ties. I can't think of any other liberals that have gotten as far as he has with ties to radical policy. He's no JFK, he's not Carter or Gore. He's just Obama. And don't get me started on McCain because I'm not voting this year out of disgust for both candidates. But the question was about Barack, so I gave you my opinion. Here's the part where I get slammed....
Not that much different... remember we have the Progressives (the left, socialist) to thank for Prohibition (the 18th Amendment)... also remember what socialism really is... the elite class (the ones that know what is best for you) control your lives.. from what you eat, your health (over eating or smokeing may exclude you from certain health services, or even land you in jail), to whom and at what you make a living as... But if all you want out of life is for some one else not to have more than you... then by all means, vote Obama.
The difference is that, although born here, he has no American spirit in him. In fact, he can come out with extremely negative / alarmist comments regarding the stock market drop today. He's attempting to talk us into a depression.





This is the most irresponsible statement I've heard (even from him!).





It may be slightly valid if he had presented an alternative.
Aside from being the most liberal in the senate at the present time and that he will tax this country into oblivion and destroy our military might and bring about a more globalistic handout policy and kill more unborn and born alive botched abortions, he is about the same as Biden and Kennedy!
