Regardless though, I don't really see how anyone won the Second World War. We simply caused there to be less human suffering.





I don't believe that Obama is engaging in the same sort of naive appeasement, and he will not.





Nuclear proliferation is an important issue for our time though, and Obama is the first president in a while to even pay lip service to it.





Obama's foreign policy is not one of weakness or of appeasement, but one recognizing that there are other countries, and that those countries aren't going to come to agreement with us, just because we are America.
These are principles that all human leaders should adopt. It's inhumane not to.
