How come there are no popular and rich liberal political news commentators on tv or radio?

All these conservative people make a mint, but the liberals seem to have a real small share. Does this mean that the elections have been rigged?How come there are no popular and rich liberal political news commentators on tv or radio?
It depends on what you mean by rigged. If you mean that the major networks skew the impression a candidate makes then yes. If you are talking voter fraud, then that is not due to tv or radio, but ACORN can tell you more about that.





Air America and the likes do not do well because not enough people really believe in their message. If you look at some interesting polls, you will find that people really like Obama but most really don't like his policies.





Kind of like a rock star that has screaming groupies but you wouldn't want them making important decisions about your life.How come there are no popular and rich liberal political news commentators on tv or radio?
because people like consevatives. the only reason you have a radical president is because america is 1/3 poor people and 1/3 idiots that will believe everything liberals tell them. The other 1/3 are the conservative republicans that are the following...Job holders, educated, hard working.





Oh yea i need to vent so i'm going to tell you something really disturbing. OSAMA (I'm sorry i meant Obama) is trying to pass a law that only allows a certain amount of conservative radio shows and media, because he thinks that there aren't enough liberal shows. But wait why is that, oh yea because when they tried liberal shows nobody listened to them and they went bankrupt. So because they can't get people to listen to liberal media, they want to ban conservative media because they are jealous. If this goes through i'm starting a motion to get rid of the ';land of the free'; line in the national anthem and change it to ';Socialist motherland';. Sorry i made this so long but i have very strong political views and i have to vent. I'm a 16 year old guy so i really can't vent this to my friends.
Because anyone who has attempted liberal talk radio has failed... No one wants to hear that crap.





As far as TV though: You are forgetting about Oprah, Rosie O'Donnell, The View and Montel. These are all platforms for liberal talking points and have been very successful.





So the question needs to be addressed as to why liberals succeed in daytime television and not on radio:





Because people who work and are productive, viable members of society generally are too busy to watch TV between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. Lazy folks, drug addicts, welfare cases, and just plain losers watch the hell out of the TV and they're the ones who Oprah, Rosie, et. al. can owe their success to.
I know over 200 libs %26amp; they are really happy relaxed people who listen to great music in the car or books on tape or just meditate or talk to people. The republican party is all about capitalist who brainwash listeners to help them so they won't have any competition. So they pay a fortune to have this happen. Libs are not much on listening to what others are saying. We know it is important to have clarity which you can only get from having silence each day.
because your news people are entertainers first. the bottom line for conservative radio is advertising. rush needs listeners and will say whatever it takes to get them. the news is second to rush and his overblown opinions. on the left we get our news from balanced sources like npr, where the story is more important than the person delivering the piece, and our entertainment from hollywood. rush is to news what michael moore is to documentaries.- this is the dumbest question i have come across today.
Which could be construed as a sad indictment of the US population, given that there are obviously so many w@nkers out there who think that cretins such as O'Reilly are actually worth watching, given their ratings. Mind you, they are also the kind of people who are so stupid that they sometimes forget how to use their arms.
